What should be done about the nightclub shootings?
Should we close all nightclubs in Wichita at midnight? Would that help the problem, if we can get them home before they are too drunk to fight?
Or is this a good way to police the city? The police know the trouble clubs, (There's a good name for a club) The police know to gather there at closing time and take some people to jail.
