Re: Art a la Carte Concerts for Spring 2008
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The Salina Arts and Humanities Commission opens the spring season of Art a la Carte on Friday, April 4. The season opener will feature solo blues/pop guitarist Dru Davis. Concerts will be held at Campbell Plaza, 100 Block South Santa Fe, downtown Salina, with the exception of the concert scheduled for May 23 which will take place at the Eric Stein Stage at Oakdale Park. The half-hour performances begin at 12:20 p.m. each Friday through April and May.
Art a la Carte concerts feature local and regional talent, both amateur and professional. The schedule will include a variety of vocals, theatre, folk, acoustic guitar, blues and jazz.

Festival Friday - Eric Stein Stage at Oakdale Park!
Concertgoers are invited to bring a brown bag or purchase a lunch onsite. In bad weather, the performance will be held at The Stiefel Theatre for the Performing Arts, 151 S. Santa Fe. Art a la Carte is a project of the Salina Arts and Humanities Commission, a department of the City of Salina.
